Capitalism Bros Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Capitalism Bros respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the Capitalism Bros mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

When you create and use a Capitalism Bros account, we may collect information including your username, email address, account identifier, referral information, Capitalism Points balance, level, achievements, purchase records, and other information necessary to operate your account and app features.

Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication. Capitalism Bros does not store your password in its Firestore database.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to create and maintain your account, authenticate you, provide app features, maintain Capitalism Points and leaderboards, process referrals, record achievements, verify eligible in-app purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the app.

4. Public Information

Your username and certain game or account progress information, such as Capitalism Points and level, may be visible to other signed-in users through features such as the leaderboard. Do not use a username that contains information you want to keep private.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through the app store or payment platform used to obtain the app. Capitalism Bros may receive and store purchase identifiers and transaction information needed to verify purchases, prevent duplicate credit, and provide purchased Capitalism Points. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card information.

6. Service Providers

Capitalism Bros uses third-party services to operate the app. These may include Google Firebase services for authentication, cloud functions, database services, and related infrastructure, as well as app-store services for distribution and in-app purchases. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion directly in the app by opening Account and selecting Delete Account. Account deletion permanently removes the account and associated account data handled by our deletion process, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. However, no internet-based service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children

Capitalism Bros is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app or our practices change. When we make material changes, we may update the date shown at the top of this policy or provide additional notice where appropriate.
